The 12 Days of Christmas….CrossFit Style!!!!

Guess they didn’t like the fact that Santa flew for free!!


On the 12th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me….

Oh yes, this WOD is exactly how it sounds! You will perform 1 of the first movement….then 2 of the second movement, back to 1 of the first….then 3 of the third, back to 2 of the second, and 1 of the first….then 4 of the fourth movement, back to 3 of the third, then 2 of the second, and 1 of the first….etc….ALLLLLLLL the way to 12!!!

It might help to sing it as you go 🙂

  2. That was fun, but not really! lol Chris….do it man. Scale it down and just do active recovery. You'll be good

  3. 40:36 did everything Rx except OHS (65#)
    Drew could have thrown the B.S. flag on some of my HSPU's but he was feeling very Santa-like. Fun doing it with Allwyn and Juli

    but i only made it though 11 days of Christmas.
    waaay too much fun
