Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

  1. 2 SDHP's shy of 8 rounds but actually felt pretty good about the wod. Grip was totally done. Could barely open up my power bar on way out of the gym!
