Rowing is definitely a fan favorite!

Don’t FEAR the rower….EMBRACE IT! Rowing a 2K (or Running a 5K) is just as important to your fitness as Deadlifts and Burpees (yes, burpees DO improve fitness). So make sure you come in and get your row on!

Since we have a limited numbver of rowers and will go in heats, those not rowing will be allowed to work on their “goat” (aka…sh*t you wish you could do better). Well, unless your “goat” is rowing cause you’ll be getting enough of that!
