With the 2013 CrossFit Open in just 2 weeks, I thought it might be fun to program a few CrossFit Open WODs from previous years to get everyone amped up!! For those who participated in last years CF Open, this is a cool chance to see your training progress from last year and for those doing the CF Open for the first time, it’s a chance to get a little taste of what’s in store!

We will start with a WOD from the 2012 CF Open – Week #2, and a clip of the 2012 CF Games Champ getting it done! Your welcome ladies…

WOD – 2/21/13

“CF Open WOD 12.2”

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (75#/45#)
30 Snatch (135#/75#)
30 Snatch (165#/100#)
Max Rep Snatch (210#/120#)

This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is the total reps completed in 10 min.
