WOD – 1/24/11

Part 1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Pistol squats (alternating legs)
10 Kettlebell swings (72#/53#)

Rest 5 min.

Part 2
With a continuous running clock, complete three rounds of the following:
1 min of Hollow rocks
1 min of Knees-to-elbows

Post the total number of rounds completed for Part 1 along with the total number of hollow rocks and KTE’s for Part 2 to comments.
