WOD – 9/19/11
“Team Cindy”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform “Cindy”. Partner #2 will run 400m. Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off, etc.
Total score is the number of rounds/reps completed by the TEAM.
