Partner WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Partner Deadlifts (315#/225#)
12 Partner Push-ups
15 Ping-pong Box jumps (24”/20”)

*This is a Partner WOD in which the team will perform 9 partner deadlifts (2 persons on bar), then complete 12 partner push-ups (push-up following by alternating clap), followed by 15 ping-pong box jumps (30 total). This sequence continues for 15 minutes.
