Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell swings (53#/35#)
20 Box jumps (24”/20”)
30 Squats
*This is a 2 person workout in which partner 1 will begin the sequence above while partner 2 runs 400m. Once partner 2 completes his/her run, they will pick up in the sequence where partner 1 left off. This switching continues for the 20 minutes.
