Reminder….this Saturday, September 17th CrossFit Rockland will be participating in the 6th Annual Fight Gone Bad Event to raise money for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and Camp Patriot. Registration for FGB6 is FREE and this workout is for EVERYONE, so please feel free to bring anyone you think might be interested. There will be no scheduled classes on that day. Heats will begin at 9AM and run till everyone has finished.
