Our new schedule goes into effect today. Only the afternoon classes will be affected by the change as we pushed everything back by a half hour. The new class times are as follows:
Monday thru Friday:
6:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM
4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
Saturday:
9:00 AM & 10:00 AM
All On-Ramp classes (Mon & Wed) will now begin at 7:30 PM.

WOD – 4/4/11
Three rounds for time of:
15 Overhead squats (115#/85#)
15 Toes-to-bar
Rest 5 minutes, then load a barbell with 75% bodyweight and hold overhead as long as you are able. Time does not begin until the bar is fully locked out overhead.

Has anyone been following the CrossFit Open? I'm sorry, but at this point I cannot help but think that people are either blatantly cheating, or, not being scored fairly. I'm sorry, but did anyone happen to notice that "Jessica Pinkerton" weighs in at 100 lbs. I'm sorry, but almost SEVENTEEN rounds at bodyweight deadlifts. I'm sure she flew thru bodyweight stuff, but some on! That's like 45 seconds a round! Just think of how time consuming hand release push ups are. Is that even possible??? I hate to be negative, but I just don't like this whole "Open" shit! Not CrossFit at all if ya ask me… Just sayin…
