    10 rounds 15 reps or 135 DL and pushups

    All I can say is Scotland is MAD COLD!!!! Good thing I have this bottle of PALEO SCOTCH to keep me warm…just kidding!!

    So it looks like jD has been infected with Deb's counting disorder! LOL…I guess we are gonna have to get a large abacus for you two!!! LOL!!! And Steve-O…don't worry so much about who is crushing what! When most are doing bicep curls in the mirror…you choose this route and that says more about you than most could ever realize! The important thing is that you are here..hitting the WODs and getting sh*t done!

    Rant Over…now time for some bicep curls….
