New CrossFit Rockland Class Schedule – Starts Today

The NEW CrossFit Rockland Class Schedule


New year, NEW schedule! This means the 10:30AM class has been replaced with a 7:00AM class AND we have ADDED a 7:30PM class to the schedule Mon-Thurs for all you NYC commuters! In addition, we have added a Strength Specific class (coached by yours truly) which will be INCLUDED with all unlimited memberships!

To accommodate these changes, our On-Ramp Program has been re-vamped and is now offered by appointment only! This means no more waiting for the next class to get your CrossFit on at CFR!

But wait, there’s more…..

We also now have OPEN GYM hours on Sunday from 10:00AM to 12:00PM! Yup! Just come in, and have full access to CFR to work on anything you want. Focus on strength, practice, mobilize or WOD!


WOD – 1/2/13

For time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (53#/35#)
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups
