Don’t you just love the smell of rubber in the morning? Our floors have finally been installed. Lucky for us we have a flooring expert in the CrossFit Rockland family!! These guys are to flooring what Spealler is to “Fran” and they are the best in the business! So if you guys happen to find yourself in the need of some flooring check out Leader Carpet and tell em CFR sent you or just drop and start doing burpees!

WOD – 10/26/10
Four rounds for time of:
95 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
95 pound Hang Power Clean, 10 reps
95 pound Thruster, 10 reps
*Bar is only allowed to touch the ground during the deadlifts (touch-and-go). Any other time the bar touches the ground constitutes 3 burpees before picking the bar back up.
