Run 1 mile
100 Double-unders
50 Overhead squats (45#/33#)
40 Pull-ups
30 Pistols (alternating legs)
20 Handstand Push-ups
10 Muscle-ups
*Note: If you do not have muscle-ups yet, perform 10 muscle-up transitions or 10 ring dips.
