WOD – 5/14/12

Team WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 Overhead squats (75#/53#)
25 Double-unders
10 Pull-ups 

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400 meters with a med ball (20#/14#). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the med ball and begin their 400 meter run, while Partner #2 continues working wherever Partner #1 left off.
