Just think about how far we have come already. Think about where you were in life 30, 60, or 90 days ago….your first WOD or first PR….now look at who you are today!!!
I remember when each and every one of you walked through the doors of CFR and the ways in which I have seen you all change is something words can’t even describe! CFR has some of the most amazing people I have ever met and well…..you folks just f-in rock, just know that!

We have a bit of BAD news…..
Unfortunately, the AC unit in the old space has crapped out on us!!! We brought in additional fans and did what we could, but even with that, the box was 86 degrees and it is only 11:30am!! With today being a day that is supposed to shatter heat records we only have one option….we will WOD a bit early in the new space. Granted it will not be the ideal situation, but if you wanna get your WOD on, it’s the only way! We have moved a few mats and kettlebells over to the new space….it won’t be pretty, but this is CrossFit and that means readiness for anything!!! The GOOD news is that we are officially moving anyway as of tomorrow…..phewwww!!
Don’t forget our Paleo Potluck is tomorrow at Janet’s house from 7-11pm and we will also be voting on our Whole30 Challenge winners and awarding prizes. If you don’t know where Janet lives just email any one of us and we will send you the address, we just don’t want to post it on our website.
New Location Reminder:
We will be moving into our larger spot TOMORROW and could use a few extra hands. We will need help in the AM moving the floor mats over for them to install next door and will then need some help in the PM to move some of the gear before we head over to Janet’s.
Classes will resume on Saturday, but we will also be looking for a little help afterwards. Figure your already all sweaty and nasty so why not…HA!

Guys make sure to bring extra water today, the a/c crapped out so its going to get HOT. Bring an extra shirt or towel too, you're going to need it

Uh, yeah, what is this add torture to one who already tortures themselves, lol! I wodded, ALONE, this morning, 85 degrees and NO FAN at the time until I hit my LAST 10 burpees–not fair! And, now I read this, what the deuce! If you guys wanted to get rid of me, ya think ya could've done it in a more subtle way, lol! Well, alas!!! I survived and I'll be back to tear up tomorrow's WOD!!! Breathe fire, ROOOAAAAR!!!
Proudly, even with the above conditions, YES, I know, this is CrossFit and I need to be prepared for the unknowable, hence why I did it, BUT… I do want to live, lol, I wodded the men's RX 😉
