A little CrossFit Rockland housekeeping….
As I’m sure you all have noticed lately, it has been snowing a heck of a lot! This basically means lots of shoveling, cleaning off the car, and snowball fights with the neighborhood kids….Woohoo!!! It is also the wet nasty time of the year when your shoes are FULL of snow, water and worst of all SALT! With that being said, please check your shoes prior to walking into the gym! Remember the floor that you walk on is also the floor we sometimes have to lay face down on or put our hands on.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve noticed quite a fair amount of salt and stuff all over the gym floor and although we have added some additional cleanings to our schedule to combat the elements, we really need your help too. Ideally, you should have a pair of shoes that you wear only in the gym, but if you only have one pair of shoes, please try to make sure they are clean.

hit 145 today. It was a 30 lb pr gained in only 14 days!!

So pissed I missed this WOD!!! Dam snow!!! Anyone who knows me knows these, and deadlifts, are my absolute favorite!!!
Snow WOD at home:
15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5
~20 double unders in between each round
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
(i.e. 15 DB Thrusters, 20 double unders, 5 DB Squat cleans, 14 Thrusters, 20 double unders, 6 squat cleans, and etc…)
Took under 25 minutes… Wasn't feeling the clock today… Still so mad I missed OHS =(
