CrossFit Rockland is on a roll!! As you know, yesterday we installed our floors. Sure enough that same night, I received a phone call from our buddy Sasha letting us know that all of our 20″ & 24″ Plyoboxes were done! Now Sasha is a wood WIZ and hand fabricates the most amazing wood furnishings you could ever imagine, so we put him up to the challenge (or lack there of) and yeah like 3 days later…POOF…they appear! We can’t thank him enough for putting his shop time aside to get these done! If it’s kitchen cabinets, office furniture, you name it, SAN Design Group has got you covered!!!
I don’t know about you, but all of this talk about plyoboxes makes me wanna……
WOD – 10/27/10
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Squat snatch, 10 reps
10 Ring dips
10 Knees to elbows

stretching, treadmill, DU's, stretcing, muscle ups…….a lot of nothing.
That is wiggity wiggity wiggity wack….Just kidding Steve-O!!! Since when has MUSCLE-UPS become a "lot of nothing"? LoL!!!!
