Half Way Point!!

Yeeeeeeeey BURPEES!!! 


You can ALMOST see the light at the end of the tunnel! We have reached the Whole30 Challenge v4.0 HALF WAY POINT!! Looking around the box you can see the weight is falling off and those droopy, hungry and (of course) angry faces are now starting to beam with energy!!!

Details for what you will need to do at the conclusion of the challenge (pics, weight-in, WODs, etc.) will be posted in the coming days. Oh yeah and did I mention the “After Party”! Yup, details on that will be coming soon too!!

Here is what to expect from the second half…..and yes, I could have posted this BEFORE the challenge, but you wouldn’t have seen the “humor” in it till now!
