Our very own CrossFit STUD will be leaving today to compete this weekend in the CrossFit North East Regionals for one of the top 3 coveted spots going to the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA for the 2012 CrossFit Games!!!!
Only the top 60 men from the North East region get to compete and we are ALL so incredibly STOKED for him. Before he was a coach, before there was a CrossFit Rockland, Drew has been training for the CrossFit Games. Each year Deb, Pete and I have watched him get one step closer in this journey. This year has offered not only the largest stage for the CrossFit Games with the Reebok sponsorship, but allowed for some of the toughest competitors thus far and Drew has earned his right to compete along side them!
No matter what happens this weekend, we are super PROUD of you Drew! We are ALL behind you……Now go do your thing and drop some Honey Badge like sh*t in Canton!!

2012 CrossFit North East Regionals/Memorial Day Weekend Schedule:
We will be closing the box and heading up to the CrossFit Reebok Headquaters in Canton, MA for the North East Regionals! This weekend is not only the CrossFit North East Regional Event, but ALSO Memorial Day Weekend.
The CFR class schedule for the weekend is as follows:
5/25 (Fri) – CLOSED FOR 2012 CF NORTH EAST REGIONALS
5/26 (Sat) – CLOSED FOR 2012 CF NORTH EAST REGIONALS
5/28 (Mon) – CLOSED FOR MEMORIAL DAY
