It was interesting reading this yesterday after last weeks post regarding the office chair. Turns out not only will sitting all day destroy your hip flexors, but a new study conducted by the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana showed it could increase your chance of heart attack by 54%….WOW!!! What was most surprising was the notion that this was found in individuals who smoked and those that didn’t, along with those that were regular exercisers and those that weren’t….Sitting was found to be the independent risk factor!!! Time to implement the “GOYA Rule”…..GET OFF YOUR A**!!!!
