CrossFit Rockland out and about…..Cozumel!!

Going on a trip? Make sure you pack your CrossFit Rockland T-shirt!
Take a pic ANYWHERE doing ANYTHING rockin your shirt. The more outlandish, the better! Lift up heavy things, put stuff overhead, squat it, or pimp your handstands in snorkel gear, it’s all fair game. Just make sure you warn your buddy before you decide to overhead squat him/her at the grand canyon (not advised). Now, if you happen to find yourself on the beach or skydiving shirts need not apply.
