Almost makes you feel guilty drinking him doesn’t it?? Yeah….who am I kidding!!!

Let’s face it…it has been a tough month so far on the east coast! Snow near everyday coupled with a bunch of single digit temperatures!! Yet that did not stop anyone from getting their fannies to the box and getting some work done  to start out 2011! Well…we at CrossFit Rockland think it is time to reflect on the month of January with an hour that’s happy!!!

15 Box Jumps (24”/20”)
10 Deadlifts (225#/155#)

  1. NNNNNNIIIIIIIICE!!! Hope to make this tomorrow Drew =) 9:15 if my lil-guy has school… Be ready, HA!!! Maybe I should say that to myself… This is one of "THOSE WODS", looks OK, but, hmmmm… 10 ring-dips… WAIT!!! 5 rounds of TEN RING DIPS!!! HOLY SH-T!!! On 2nd thought, maybe this doesn't look so "OK", ha!!! YAAAAAAAAAY for deadlifts!!! Nice programming Mr. Young =)

  5. "Coach Rob," UH, He-DOUBLE-HOCKEY-STICKS YEAH it was!!! My ring dips are pretty awful. Coach Drew called me out on about 4 reps, and I'd say I called myself out on another 8, SO, that was basically an extra 12 ring-dips. F-EN KILLERS!!! As you can see by my time, yes, I scaled up, that wasn't the hard part, lol, it was 50 DAM ring-dips, HA!!! From the bottom of my heart, I thank you =)
