The CFR “Sweaty Sweetheart” week continues with our second “girl” of the week….”Diane”! For those of you who have been CrossFitting with me for a while know about my personal vendetta against her! Yet even though she did me wrong a few years back, she is still one of my favorites and a true classic CrossFit workout!

Holy BLEEP!! I do have to say at CFR we would have called BS on a few of those deadlifts! Please make sure you open up those hips to FULL extension! I am also not exactly sure what was up with his legs on those handstand push-ups, but with a 2:16 “Diane”….who cares!!!
