The CFR “Sweaty Sweetheart” week continues with our second “girl” of the week….”Diane”! For those of you who have been CrossFitting with me for a while know about my personal vendetta against her! Yet even though she did me wrong a few years back, she is still one of my favorites and a true classic CrossFit workout!

Holy BLEEP!! I do have to say at CFR we would have called BS on a few of those deadlifts! Please make sure you open up those hips to FULL extension! I am also not exactly sure what was up with his legs on those handstand push-ups, but with a 2:16 “Diane”….who cares!!!

  1. I hate being at school and not being able to take part with everyone. People saw me doing fran last night and looked at me like I had 6 heads swinging around on the pullup bar 😀

  2. haha Same Chris. I tried doing kipping pullups and almost pulled the pullup bar stand down. Plus, it sucks waiting for kids to finish their set when the clock is ticking.

    Keep up the good work everyone. See you when its much warmer outside.
