WOD – 11/18/11
Take 15 minutes to complete the following:
3 Back squats at 70% of your 1RM
3 Back squats at 80% of your 1RM
3 Back squats at 90% of your 1RM
then,
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute…continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
