Workout of the Day
Complete the following complex every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
1 Power snatch
2 Overhead squats
*Use 80% of your 1RM power snatch.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
*Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Work up to a heavy 2 rep squat clean thruster, then complete the following every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
2 Squat clean thrusters
5×3 @ 80%
3×2 @ 85%
2×1 @ 90%
