I hope everyone is well rested and ready for another awesome week!!! As we continue to complete the WODs day in and day out, you might notice your body starting to get sore in places you didn’t know you had or tight in those areas which have plagued you. We will start giving you “homework” to help increase your mobility in certain areas, but it would also be great to get in the box a little early and get on the foam rollers, lacrosse balls, or any other torture device we have for you in the bin. Ask your coach for some tips…so you can get working on “your business”!
