Coach Mari took CrossFit Rockland Endurance for a trial spin this past weekend at the Hook Half Marathon!!

It is our pleasure to announce the official launch of the CrossFit Rockland Endurance Program led by our very own Coach Marisol Rivera! Coach Mari has competed in numerous 5K, triathlon and adventure races, as well as, some longer events such as the Ironman Lake Placid and the North Face Endurance Race 50K! Coach Mari brings with her years of endurance experience and has joined our team to help you learn the benefits of proper running technique using the Pose Method!
