Week 1 of the 2012 CrossFit Open is in the books and we are SO PROUD of everyone who came out to compete this past Saturday! It is truly amazing what a little support can do to motivate you beyond your own expectations!
One thing I think we all took away from 12.1 was….BURPEES SUCK!!! You all can rest assured knowing that I will not be programming them for a while…well at least not THIS week 🙂
