It’s official….Deb, Dexter and I are CrossFit Endurance Certified!
Of course this means CrossFit Rockland is working on the first and ONLY CrossFit Endurance program in the area….so stay tuned for CrossFit Rockland Endurance!!
This also means, that as members of CrossFit Rockland you will always get to benefit from our coaches endless desire to learn more so we can make YOU perform better! Sure we show you how to squat or deadlift or clean, but run….WHY….running is something you grew up knowing how to do….OR DO YOU?! So don’t be surprised if you start seeing some new drills and skills. I promise you that despite how silly they make you look, you WILL run better!
