After over a year of hard work and dedication, Coach Deb has finally nailed her first muscle-up!! Not only did she get one, but she did about FIVE and while I am not quite sure which was better, getting to watch her stick her first muscle-up or dance around like a little school girl after, but either way we are SO SO SO PROUD of her 🙂
It is never about the number of times you fail. The only thing that truly matters is the number of times you choose to get back up! Keep working on those goals folks and you WILL get there!!!
