Complete the following complex every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
1 Power clean
2 Front squats
1 Split jerk

*Use 85% of 1RM Split jerk

Rest 5 minutes.

Row 450m/Rest 60 sec
Row 350m/Rest 45 sec
Row 250m/Rest 30 sec
Row 150m/Rest 15 sec
