Captain Steve-O turns the BIG Five O!!!

Want proof that age is only a number and means nothing in terms of what your body is truly capable of?? Then just check out Steve-O! Not only is he one of FDNY’s finest, but he is also a killer athlete. Yesterday for his 50th Birthday Steve-O decided to do 50 muscle-ups for time…yes 50! Nice work brother, keep on inspiring us all and once again Happy 50th Birthday!!


I am sure by now most of you have already scrolled down to the bottom to see that the WOD…..oh wait… didn’t see it yet did you…okay go check……

YES a RUN!!!! Running is an essential part of CrossFit….but Rob it is freezing outside!! Yes, I know, dress appropriately 🙂


The very 1st Annual CrossFit Rockland Holiday Social is set for TOMORROW, December 17th 2010….Party time begins at 7pm!!!

Please note: On the 17th, the 4pm class will be the last class for the day to allow us some time to get everything ready!

  3. Hey Steve-O….I was just looking at the pic and well I'd say the muscle ups don't count if you used a ladder to get up there!!! HAHAHAHA I mean I know you turned 50, but that doesn't mean you get special treatment except for maybe a senior citizens discount! 😀

  4. Pete, dragging and opening and closing that ladder was a chore in itself. Drew hoping for some WD40 in his stocking.
