So I knew I was back in NYC when as I was leaving the airport I had the door slammed shut in my face….Oh it’s good to be home!

  2. At work (yeah, i know i should not be spreading the flu around NYC) and using the fattest bar ever…..
    225, 235, 245, 275, 295, 315, 325 fail…just could not keep hook or reverse grip….

  4. get your head in the game jD. 195-205-215-225-235-240-245. As for myself: 315-335-350-370-385-405PR double overhand hook grip. Followed by Press: 75-95-115-135-145-155-160PR. Those were my birthday presents to myself

  5. happy birthday drew!! i bow to you with weights like that….going for triple body weight DL?
    I actually used reverse grip with a hook grip and could not hold on to bar at 325…chalk def would have helped.
