Another CFR Wall of Fame (WoF) Opportunity!!!



Schedule Update:

We will be closed for the Spartan Race this Saturday (June 4th). If you weren’t planning on running the event with us, this leaves you with two options. You could either mosey on down to Rockland Lake State Park and run with us in spirit with your own 5K…OR….you could take the trip up to Tuxedo, drink some beers and cheer us on! Then again, if you get up early enough, you could do BOTH!!!

If anyone already registered for the event would like to get their Race Packet early, please see one of your coaches for details.


WOD – 6/2/11


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post total time (sum of the five rounds) to comments.

  4. Having done "Barbara" about 4 or 5 times now, she remains the only WOD that I need to leave a bucket right next to me. I am willing to guess things won't change much tonight…hahahaha!!!!

    And, thanks to Coach Drew for paying some attention to me today, lol, and for driving me to a sub-20 PR for Barbara at 19:52, YEAH BABY!!!

  7. So I needed Pukey for the first time today!!! It was awesome working out with everyone today. John G, your pushups are amazing, I inspire to be that awesome. Sub 18, but after resting for 4 hours, I still feel like poop. Looking forward to tomorrow!
