Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, Oklahoma, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash., died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device. Martin in survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber and Abi.

    Jumping with rhythm, and keeping my hips big,
    Kettel bells fly and it's oxygen that I lack,
    When as many rounds as possible is prescribed for "JACK!"

    11 rounds, plus 10 push presses, and 8 kettle bell swings.

  2. i am happy to hear that common sense approach Pete…i feel bad that i missed it too but i gotta tell you i am crippled after Mondays DL/PU wod…literally crippled.
