then,
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Box Jump (24”/20”)
Power snatch (75#/55#)
Chest-to-bar pull-up

Today was a good time. 430 was packed. Great motivation to see so many people kicking so much ass. Great work out today guys. Looking forward to tomorrow. Will prob try to get to the 530.
