Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
2-4-6-8-10 Push Jerks (135#/95#)
4-8-12-16-20 Alternating Lunges

After the round of 10/20 continue on with 12/24, 14/28, 16/32 and so on. Lunges are stationary.
